The study summarises the legacy of Leoš Janáček on the field of Czech musical folkloristics and folklorism, which went trought various different stages and forms. The study empasizes his conceptual thinking, tacling of modern methodological questions and his influence on the development of the Moravian musicall folkloristics for next generations.

Studie se zabýva odkazem Leoše Janáčka české hudební folkloristice a shrnuje výčet jeho bohatých aktivit a činností na tomto poli. Zdůrazňuje jeho koncepční myšlení, moderní řešení metodologických problémů a jeho vliv na vývoj moravské hudební folkloristiky i pro následující generace.
