Individual plants of three species nymphaeids (Nuphar lutea (L.)Smith., Nymphaea alba L. and Nymphaea candida Presl.) were cultivated from rhizome segments in boxes with rooting media containing different mixtures separated sludge ( a source of organic load) and sand at different ratios by volume (:1, 1:1, 1:2), and in pure sand (control).

Jednotlivé rostliny tří druhů nymphaeidů (Nuphar lutea (L.)Smith., Nymphaea alba L. and Nymphaea candida Presl) byly pěstovány z oddenkových řízků v bednách se substráty obsahujícími směsi separovaného čistírenského kalu a písku v různých objemových poměrech (2:1, 1:1, 1:2), a v čistém písku (kontrola). Zhodnoceny byly odpovědi rostlin na různý stupeň zátěže prostředí organickými látkami a minerálními živinami
