    AnnotationInosonde data recorded at 3 European stations: Pruhonice (50.0N;15.0E), El Arenosillo (37.1N; 353.2E) and Ebro (40.8N; 0.49E) have been used to analyze the variability of the critical frequencies foF2, foF1 and foE and the propagation factor M(3000)F2. The database includes daytime and nighttime ionograms recorded under different seasonal and solar activity conditions. The analysis has been done using the variability indexes Cup= (upperquartile/median). Some features of the quantitative variability of the 4 ionospheric parameters are presented
