Annotation
Mince z jedněch největších dosud prozkoumaných pohřebišť z 9. - 12. století na Moravě, z Mušova a Prušánek, byly podrobeny analytickému zkoumání. Bylo zjištěno, že téměř polovina mincí Oty I. z 2. poloviny 11. století obsahuje výrazně vyšší procento mědi, a že na jejich povrchu byla záměrně vytvořena tenká vrstva s vysokým obsahem stříbra. Mince knížete Konráda I. byly registrovány, až na jednu výjimku, pouze na území brněnského údělu, zatímco denáry Oty I. se běžně používaly v obou moravských údělech.

Coins from two of the largest cemeteries from the 9th-12th centuries discovered in Moravia so far, namely Mušov and Prušánky, were carefully analyzed. It was found that coins emitted by the moravian apanage-princes on the second part of the 11th century were rather different. While almost a half of coins emitted from Otto I. contain a higher percentage of copper, and that the coins were coated with an alloy composed mostly of silver. In comparison to coins of Otto, coins of Conrad I. are rather low in copper. Results obtained from analyses of coin distribution show that coins of Conrad I. were in use only in the domaine of Brno (with one exception), whereas coins of Otto I. were normally used in both Moravian domaines.
