Při traumatologických poškozeních loketního kloubu dochází k poškození nebo ulomení dosedacích ploch, které vedou k jejich chirurgickému odstranění. Tento zákrok nezpůsobí ztrátu jeho funkčnosti, ale zmenší délku předloketních kostí, což způsobí bolesti v zápěstí. Úkolem, jež byl obdržen od lékařského týmu z Úrazové nemocnice v Brně, je navržení dílčí aloplastiky odstraňující nežádoucí účinky. V příspěvku je uveden návrh a postup vytvoření geometrie konečnoprvkového modelu loketního spojení a nelineární kontaktní úloha pro napěťově-deformační analýzu kloubu.

In traumatology demolition of elbow joint in many cases there are the surfaces of the joints damaged. These parts of the joints are than removed. Function of the joint isn't away but it causes a strong pain in the wrist. The aim of this paper is design elbow joint in FEM for its further partial aloplastic.
