The fluid flow is simulated by Navier-Stokes equations in the Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian formulation, discretized by the finite element method and stabilized by the SUPG technique. The discrete Navier-Stokes problem is coupled with the ODE system describing the flow induced vibrations of the airfoil. Results of a test problem are presented.
