AnnotationThe method of flow visualization is demostrated at the study of plasma jet generated in water-stabilized plasma torch..An array of electrostatic probes was moved across the jet with a velocity 1.5m/s, which is more than two orders lower than the plasma flow velocity. The probes were negatively biased and were operated in ion saturation regime. The signals of the probes were processed using Matlab code to get maps of the same probe currents.
