An einer Sedimentprobe wurden verschiedene mikrobiologische Stämme isoliert. Die gewonenen Isolate wurden mit einem 14C- markierten Carbamat kultiviert und ihre metabolische Aktivitäten mit Radio-HPLC verglichen

From a sediment sample different microorganisms were isolated. The obtained isolates were cultivated with 14C- labeled carbamate and their metabolic activities were compared using radio - HPLC.

Různé mikrobiální kmeny byly izolovány ze vzorku přírodního sedimentu. Získané izoláty byly kultivovány se 14C-značeným karbamátem a následně byly srovnány jejich metabolické aktivity při použití radio-HPLC
