We have designed and synthesized a new high-molecular-weight polymer carrier of BAC (e.g., proteins or anti-cancer drugs) based on PEG blocks with cystine containing ester bonds susceptible to pH-dependent hydrolysis and reducible disulfide bonds.

Navrhli a připravili jsme nový vysokomolekulární polymerní nosič biologicky aktivních látek (např. proteinů nebo protirakovinných léčiv) založený na PEG blocích s cystinem obsahujícím esterové vazby podléhající pH-závislé hydrolýzy a redukovatelné disulfidické vazby.
