    AnnotationChanges in the energy structure of local states during the exposure of metal-free phthalocyanine films to chlorodifluoromethane were studied using the technique of thermomodulated space-charge-limited currents. The broadening of the energy distribution of the states is explained on the basis of charge-dipole interactions.
