    The goal of this work was to optimize the reaction conditions of the synthesis of HPMA-DOX-antibody conjugates, such as content of reactive groups in side chains, polymer/antibody ratio, reaction time and pH.

    V práci byly optimalizovány reakční podmínky syntézy konjugátů HPMA/DOX/protilátka, a to obsah reaktivních skupin v postranních řetězcích, poměr polymer/protilátka, reakční doba a pH.
