The diffusion of the dielectric permittivity maximum inas-grown crystals is the lower at x=0.6 and increases towards the end members of solid solution. Such behavior is explained within a Bragg-Williams approach by employing the random layer model Workplace Institute of Physics Contact Kristina Potocká, potocka@fzu.cz, Tel.: 220 318 579 Year of Publishing 2005
