Magnetoelastic strain sensor based on a stress-annealed amorphous CoFeCrSiB ribbon was developed, fabricated, and tested. The influence of annealing conditions on the dynamic magnetization characteristics, the sensitivity of output signal to external magnetic field and ambient temperature is investigated
