We studied EF-Tu heterogeneity, content and distribution in the cell compartments of several Streptomyces strains and compared it with that in Mycobacterium smegmatis. The analysis of membrane phosphoproteome of S. coelicolor revealed differentiation dependent multiple phosphorylation of externally added purified EF-Tu.
Studovali jsme heterogenitu a zastoupení EF-Tu v buněčných frakcích u několika streptomycetových kmenů a porovnali je s frakcemi u Mycobacteria smegmatis. Analýza membránového fosfoproteomu u S. coelicolor ukázala vývojově diferenciačně závislou fosforylaci externě přidaného purifikovaného EF-Tu.
