AnnotationUsing proteomic studies we found out that protein kinases have a direct role in modulation of expression of mayn important genes involved in both physiological and morphological differentiation in Streptomyces granaticolor. Statistical analysis of the data revealed extensive differences of global protein expression between wild type and triple mutant strains.
