The local geometry of OH fragments adsorbed on the Ge(001)(2 X1) surface has been examined using O 1s scanned energy mode photoelectron diffraction. Some information about the positions of the Ge dimer atoms has also been obtained
Lokální geometrie fragmentů OH adsorbovaných na povrchu Ge(001)(2X1) byla určena metodou fotoelektronové difrakce za použití energetické hladiny 1s kyslíku. Byla též získána informace o polohách atomů Ge dimeru
