    The effect of light intensity (50-300 mE.m-2.s-1) and temperature (15-50 oC) to contents of chlorophyll-a, C-phycocyanin, allophycocyanin and caroteneoids in biomass of Arthronema africanum was studied. Optima for production of both phycobiliproteins are light intensity of 150 mE.m-2.s-1 and temperature 36oC, when 23 and 12% of dry weights were reached. Chlorophyll-a content increased with time of cultivation but decreased with light intensity and temperature, maximum was 2.4% in 150 mE.m-2.s-1 and 36 oC. Carotenoids were about 1% of dry weight, correlated to chlorophyll-a under 50 and 100 mE.m-2.s-1, in 150 and 300 mE.m-2.s-1 they showed a mirror-shape curve to chlorophyll-a.

    Byl studován vliv intenzity světla (50-300 mE.m-2.s-1) a teploty (15-50 oC) na obsah chlorofylu-a, C-fycocyaninu, allofykocyaninu a karotenoidů v biomase sinice Arthronema africanum. Optima pro produkci fykobiliproteinu jsou světlo 150 mE.m-2.s-1 a teplota 36oC, kdy bylo dosaženo 23 a 12% v sušině. Obsah chlorofylu-a se zvyšoval s časem kultivace, ale snižoval s intenzitou světla a teplotou, maximum bylo 2,4% při 150 mE.m-2.s-1 a 36 oC. Karotenoidy byly kolem 1% sušiny, v korelaci s chlorofylem-a při 50 - 100 mE.m-2.s-1, při 150 - 300 mE.m-2.s-1 vykazovaly zrcadlovoý průběh k chlorofylu-a.
