Heptadecapeptide amide H-Ile-Asn-Trp-Lys-Lys-Ile-Ala-Ser-Ile-Gly-Lys-Glu-Val-Leu-Lys-Ala-Leu-NH2 and a series of its shortened analogues were synthesized and tested for antimicrobial activity against Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria and for the hemolytic activity.
Sedmnáctipeptid H-Ile-Asn-Trp-Lys-Lys-Ile-Ala-Ser-Ile-Gly-Lys-Glu-Val-Leu-Lys-Ala-Leu-NH2 a celá řada jeho analogů byla připravena synteticky a testována na antimikrobiální aktivitu vůči Gram positivním i Gram negativním bakteriím a na hemolytickou aktivitu.
