Text obsahuje stručný přehled významných zahraničních zdrojů dat ze společenskovědní oblasti. Od vzniku archivu v roce 1998 do něj bylo uloženo velké množství výzkumů, v současné době je jejich počet okolo čísla dvě stě a díky pravidelné akvizici nových výzkumů se datová knihovna archivu neustále rozšiřuje. Tento článek chce být jakýmsi stručným průvodcem naším archivem a zajímavými výzkumy ze zahraničí.

The text includes a brief overview of significant foreign data sources in the field of social sciences. Since the foundation of the archive in 1998, a large number of research projects has been deposited in it. At present, there is approximately two hundred of them and, thanks to regular acquisitions of new researches, the data library is continually extending. The article is meant to provide a brief guide to the archive and to interesting foreign research projects.
