This paper deals with sampling subjectivity in vegetation surveys, compared with a random sample done in parallel. There are differences in alpha- and gamma-diversity between the datasets. Random dataset was underrated concerning the number of plots, while subjective dataset tended to include relatively species-richer plots.

Srovnání náhodného a subjektivního výběru ploch ve studii zaměřené na alfa a gama diverzitu vegetace bučin ukázala rozdílné vlastnosti obou souborů dat.
