The level of oxidative and nitrosative stress was assessed among 50 bus drivers from Prague and 50 controls. As the markers was used 15-F2t-IsoP and 8-oxodG in urine, protein carbonyl groups and 3-nitrotyrosine in blood plasma. For the analysis of all four markers was used ELISA techniques.
