The contribution illustrates by numerous Figures some of key achievements in DNA and protein electrochemistry. The principles of intrinsic electroactivity of NAs are described as well as end-labeling with OsVIII,L and SAM formation by thiol-end-labeled DNA. The electroactivity of proteins manifests itself by Tyr and Try oxidation or catalytic hydrogen evolution or peak H. very sensitive follow-up of aggregation of alpha-synuclein is possible.
