Radiation damage of specific complex between DNA estrogen response element and protein estrogen receptor was studied. The overall stability of the complex and particular damages of both biomolecules under irradiation were followed.
Bylo studováno radiační poškození specifického komplexu mezi DNA estrogen responsivním elementem a proteinem receptorem estrogenů. Byla sledována celková stabilita komplexu a poškození jednotlivých biomolekul po ozáření.
