Structure and composition of insoluble chitin/glucan complexes were characterized by a combination of solid-state 13 C NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy and thermal methods.
Kombinací 13 C NMR spektroskopie, IČ spektroskopie a termických metod byla charakterizována struktura a složení nerozpustných chitin/glukanových komplexů.
