Plants of the Allium genus have been used by man since antiquity for nutritional and medicinal purposes. We have recently shown that Allium schoenoprasum (Chives), is tolerant and hyperaccumulator of Cd.
Rostliny z rodu Allium byvaji vyuzivany lidmi od staroveku pro sve nutricni a medicinske vlastnosti. My jsme nedavno prokazali, ze Allium schoenoprasum (pazitka) je tolerantni a hyperakumulujici kadmium.
