    AnnotationVertikální rozvrstvení nadzemní i podzemní biomasy je nerovnoměrné. Většina podzemní biomasy se nacházela v obou porostech v podpovrchové vrstvě půdy 0-3 cm. V koseném porostu s převahou jednoděložných rostlin byla převážná část nadzemní biomasy (až 80 %) soustředěna ve vrstvě 0-20 cm. V neobhospodařované louce s větším podílem dvouděložných rostlin tvořil podíl nadzemní biomasy ve vrstvě 0-20 cm pouze 50 %.
    Description in EnglishThe vertical stratification of the both above- and below-ground biomass is non-uniform. Majority of below-ground biomass (up to 68 %) was localised in the subsurface soil layer (0-3 cm) of the both meadows. However, different vertical distribution pattern of the above-ground biomass has been observed between managed and abandoned meadow. It was predominantly concentrated (up to 80 %) in the layer 0-20 cm on the managed meadow (characterised by high portion of monocotyledonous plants). While, it was only 50 % on the abandoned meadow that is characterised by the higher portion of dicotyledonous plants.
