AnnotationIn the paper slow solar wind streams from solar active regions have been studied. Based on the interplanetary scintillation data (IPS) correlations between solar wind density and eruptive flares were confirmed. At the same time there is no convincing evidence that active regions can be permanent sources of slow solar wind.
