The aim of this study is to determine the glycosylation of the virulence factors Sap9 and Sap10. Both Saps belong to aspartic proteases secreted by the pathogenic yeast Candida albicans, causative agent of fungal infections.

Cílem této studie je určit typ glykosylace virulenčních faktorů Sap9 a Sap10. Oba tyto faktory patří do skupiny proteáz vylučovaných patogenní kvasinkou Candida albicans.
