Annotation
The DNA-microarray technology for the purpose of detection of plant viruses has been mostly based on glass hybridisation arrays containing relatively long anchored DNA fragments as probes. In this work the method was successfully used for exampe for identification of potato vituses PVY, PVA, PVX and PVS in single infection by Boonhamet (2003) and for detection and determination of the cucurbit-infecting Tobamovirus by Lee (2003).
