Optimum mobile phase conditions were found for all analytes tested. The chemical and mechanical stabilities of the columns were satisfactory, allowing hundreds of analyses Workplace Institute of Microbiology Contact Eliška Spurná, eliska.spurna@biomed.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 231 Year of Publishing 2006
