    Dosimetry and microdosimetry studies in the carbon ion beam with nominal energy 500 MeV/amu from the beam entrance up to the depth behind the Bragg peak were performed at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. Absorbed depth-dose distribution was measured with diamond detector and the spectra of linear energy transfer (LET) were established by means of the LET spectrometer. The measured LET spectra were compared with theoretical calculations using program SRIM.

    Byly studovány dozimetrické a mikrodozimetrické charakteristiky ve svazku jader uhlíku s energií 500 MeV/amu od vstupu do prostředí až po oblast píku Bragga. Absorbovaná dávka byla stanovena diamantovým detektorem, spektra LPE a z nich odvozené veličiny pomocí spektrometru založeného na detektorech stop. Změřená spektra LPE byla srovnávána se spektry spočítanými pomocí programu SRIM.
