    AnnotationCFD methods are necessary tools for calculations of compressible, subsonic-supersonic flow coupled to a complex chemistry in the chemical oxygen-iodine laser technology. Selected examples of CFD simulations are presented concerning the mixing of gaseous reactants and generation of atomic iodine as a lasing species.
