Toto kolokvium představilo problematiku nové regulace platebních služeb v Evropské unii, včetně směrnice o platebních službách na vnitřním trhu (PSD2) a směrnice o porovnatelnosti poplatků souvisejících s platebními účty, změně platebního účtu a přístupu k platebním účtům se základními prvky (PAD). Kolokvium představilo i problematiku hlášení incidentů v oblasti platebních služeb.

This colloquium introduced new regulation of payment services in the European Union, including the directive on payment services in the internal market (PSD2) and the directive on the comparability of fees related to payment accounts, payment account switching and access to payment accounts with basic features (PAD). The colloquium also presented the problem of reporting incidents in the field of payment services.
