AnnotationThe paper reports on the transfer of stable optical frequency through free-space optical testbed and a fiber link testbed. The measurement results show the phase noise of free-space optical channel without turbulence, with atmospheric turbulence and with active stabilization of the received optical wave by MEMS mirror. The results are compared with a 1-Hz linewidth laser.
