AnnotationIN this study, concentrations of cyanotoxins were surveyed in selected Czech water reservoirs in 2010. Microcystins were detected in more than 80% samples, with maximum concentration 19 ug/L (median 1.5 ug/L). Cylindrospermopsin and saxitoxins were much less prevalent. These cyanotoxins were found only at 1 or 2 localities, respectively. Also, concentration of cylindrospermopsin was 1.2 ug/L, but concentrations of saxitoxins were much lower (0.03-0.04 ug/L).
