JNK inhibitor supresses apoptosis and DNA fragmentation of aged oocytes and improves their embryonic development following the parthenogenetic activation (i.e., increases the percentage of parthenogenetically activated oocytes and the percentage of oocytes at morula stage after seven days of cultivation).
