Článek je věnován tzv. nápisovým stélám nalezeným v roce 1953 v Libici nad Cidlinou. Předkládá revizi nálezových okolností a reviduje dosavadní názory na interpretaci fragmentů nápisu. Výsledná analýza potvrzuje datování nápisových stél do druhé poloviny 10. století.

The article is focused on the inscribed 'Libice steles' uncovered in 1953 in Libice nad Cidlinou. It presents a revision of the finding circumstances as well as the present opinions on interpretation of the inscription fragments. The analysis confirms the dating of the 'Libice steles' in the second half of the 10th century.
