AnnotationWe report on hydrothermal growth of arrays of high quality, single crystalline zinc oxide (ZnO) nanocolumns, perpendicularly oriented towards the transparent conductive oxide substrate. In order to get well defined spacing and arrangement of ZnO nanocolumns over area up to 0.5 cm2, we used electron beam lithography (EBL).
