| Annotation | Řešení se týká přirozených brassinosteroidů a jejich derivátů a farmaceutických prostředků je obsahující pro použití při léčení savčích buněk, různých stavů snížení růstu nebo úplné inhibici proliferační kapacity buněk. Vynález také zahrnuje zastavení buněčného cyklu pomocí přirozených brassinosteroidů vedoucích k apoptickým změnám v nádorových buňkách. Dále se předložené řešení týká použití brassinosteroidů pro léčení nepříznivých účinků hyperproliferace u savčích buněk in vitro a in vivo.

| Description in English | The invention relates to natural brassinosteroids and their derivatives and pharmaceutical compositions containing them for use in the treatment of mammalian cells, different states of growth reduction or complete inhibition of proliferative capacity of cells. The invention also includes cell cycle arrest by natural brassinosteroids apoptickým leading to changes in tumor cells. Furthermore, by addressing concerns the application of brassinolide to treat the adverse effects of hyperproliferation in mammalian cells in vitro and in vivo.
