    AnnotationWe elaborated a fast, simple and robust capillary isotachophoretic method for the determination of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate in anionic mode with commercially available apparatus. Prior to method validation, optimum conditions were also searched for to eliminate oxidation and decomposition of the analyte.
