Pomocí transmisního elektronového mikroskopu byla současně studována vnitřní dislokační substruktura, vytvořená v průběhu cyklování. Nehomogenní rozložení dislokací do perzistentních skluzových pásů odpovídá lokalizaci cyklické plastické deformace. Analýza tvaru hysterezních smyček byla provedena určením první a druhé derivace půl-smyček. Na základě této analýzy bylo stanoveno efektivní napětí a funkce hustoty pravděpodobnosti kritických interních napětí obou materiálů. Description in English The cyclic plastic response of two polycrystalline materials, one with f.c.c. structure, the other with b.c.c. structure, is analysed in terms of the general statistical theory of the hysteresis loop based on the Masing hypotheses. Simultaneously, the internal dislocation structure developed in these materials during cyclic straining is studied using transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction. The inhomogeneous distribution of dislocations into the persistent slip bands can be correlated with the localization of the cyclic plastic strain. The analysis of the loop shape by plotting the first and the second derivative of the half-loop allows determining the effective stress and the probability density function of the critical internal stresses.
