The third version of the catalogue is obtained as a combination of Hipparcos Catalogue with ground-based observations of latitude/universal time variations. It contains 4418 stars, out of which 585 have significant periodic motions.

Třetí verze katalogu je získána kombinací katalogu Hipparcos s pozemským pozorováním variací zeměpisné šířky a světového času. Obsahuje 4418 hvěz, z nichž 585 má významné periodické pohyby.
