The problem related to a Rayleigh wave propagation along the edge of a thin seminfinite orthotropic medium made of laminate or slightly anisotropic metal has been investigated by the author of this paper.

Existují jisté rozdíly mezi šířením Rayleighových vln podél hran tenkých laminátů či podél hran tenkých krystalických struktur. Tyto rozdíly jsou studovány v předložené práci.
