Autorka na akci vystoupila s příspěvkem Klima v legislativě ČR. Příspěvek se nejprve zabýval obecnými požadavky na legislativu v ochraně klimatu. Tento přístup musí zejména odrážet specifika komplexních dopadů klimatické změny. To vyžaduje koordinovaný přístup na ústřední úrovni veřejné správy, ale také na úrovni regionálních a lokálních politik. Dále je nezbytná integrace zájmů na ochraně klimatu do sektorových politik (jejich rámování ochranou klimatu). V druhé části příspěvku byly zmíněny tři oblasti zájmů, které v roce 2021 reflektují ochranu klimatu (hodnocené a aktualizované strategické dokumenty, výstupy uhelné komise, volby do PSP). Ve třetí části byly zmíněny pozitivní prvky k reakci na změnu klimatu promítnuté do environmentální legislativy s kritickým hodnocením.


Firstly, the contribution addressed the general requirements for climate protection legislation. Primarily, the attitude has to reflect the complexity of climate change. This requires a coordinated approach at the central government level, and also at the level of regional and local policies. Furthermore, the integration of climate protection concerns into sectoral policies is essential (framing them in terms of climate protection). In the second part of the paper, three areas of interest that reflect climate protection in 2021 were mentioned (updated strategic documents, the findings of the Coal Commission, parliamentary election). In the third part, positive inputs that reflect climate change in the environmental legislation were mentioned with a critical assessment.
