Výzkum si kladl za cíl prozkoumat, jakým způsobem je uskutečňována uvědomělá spotřeba potravin (s ohledem na motivy spotřebitelů), zjistit, které okolnosti ji ovlivňují a odpovědět, jaké jsou aktuální společenské důsledky tohoto jevu pro naplnění udržitelné produkce potravin.
Research aimed to inquire the manner in which a conscious consumption of food is realized (motives of the consumer taken into consideration), which factors influence conscious consumption and ascertain current social implications of this phenomenon for fulfilment of sustainable food production.
