Řešení poskytuje použití N-furfuryl-N'-I ,2,3-thiadiazol-5-yl-močoviny vzorce I pro inhibici senescence, stresu a/nebo oxidativního poškození rostlinných buněk, rostlinných orgánů a/nebo celých rostlin, a/nebo pro
zvýšení výnosu rostlin bez vedlejších účinků inhibice růstu kořene. Popsány jsou i přípravky tuto látku obsahující a způsob ochrany rostlin.

The present invention provides the use of N-furfuryl-N'-1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-yl urea of the general formula I for inhibition of senescence, stress and/or oxidative damage of plant cells, plant organs and/or the complete plants and/or for the increase of the plant yield without the inhibition effects of the root growth. In the invention, there are also described formulations in which the substance is comprised as well as a plant protection method.
