Thermoelectric layers as YbxCo4Sb12, FeSb2Te , Ce0,1 Fe0,7Co3,3Sb12, CoSn1,5Te1,5 and multilayers were prepared by pulsed laser deposition method (PLD). The targets were fabricated by hot pressing method. Smooth, nanocrystalline, stoichiometric layers were syntetized in a special off- axis PLD arrangement for optimum deposition conditions. Thermoelectric efficiency ZT was measured at room temperature using Harman method (for YbxCo4Sb12 the ZT ~ 0.04 - 0.05, for FeSb2Te the ZT was 0.06- 0.08, for Ce 0,1 Fe0,7 Co 3,3 Sb12 the ZT was 0.04- 0.06. Thermal conductivity was calculated (for YbxCo4Sb12 the ~0.4 – 1.3 WK -1m-1, for FeSb2Te the was 0.30 WK-1m-1, for Ce0,1Fe0,7Co3,3 Sb12 the was 0.35 WK-1m-1 .
