Except of already known compounds, two new C-methyl flavanones, (2S)-5,7-dihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-4'-methoxydihydroflavone-7-O-(6-O-acetyl)-beta-d-glucopyranoside and (2S)-5,7-dihydroxy-6,8-dimethyldihydroflavone-7-O-(6-O-acetyl)-beta-d-glucopyranoside were first isloated from the plant of traditional Chinese medicine Matteuccia struthiopteris. The structures were established by spectral and NMR analyses.
