Resolved tryptic peptides were characterized by effective electrophoretic mobilities and corrected peak areas. Some significant qualitative and quantitative differences in CZE-UV profiling of tryptic peptides were found between Aristis Bt and Aristis or between Aristis and Coventry varieties.
