    AnnotationPatients with mtDNA 9205delTA mutation are characterized by different clinical pictures. Using transmitochondrial cybrids, mutation manifestation with respect to the mutation load was analyzed. Our results demonstrate, that functional and structural affection embody threshold effect, probably from the gene-protein level
